Terms of Draw

• No Purchase Necessary: No purchase or payment is required to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
• Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States, 18 years or older, with a valid Star Citizen® account. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of VeeroTech or TheSpaceCoder are ineligible. Void where prohibited by law.
• Entry Period: Entries are accepted via the online form at www.veerotech.net/star-citizen-draw until November 13, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST.
• How to Enter: Submit the online entry form with your first name, last name, email, Star Citizen® account handle, Star Citizen® account email, country, and X account (optional). You must agree to these terms. Limit one entry per person. Automated or bulk entries are prohibited and will be disqualified.
• Prize: One winner will receive an in-game item for Star Citizen® (approximate retail value: $99), transferred to the winner’s Star Citizen® account by TheSpaceCoder. No cash or other substitutions are allowed, except at the discretion of VeeroTech or TheSpaceCoder if the prize is unavailable.
• Winner Selection and Notification: One winner will be selected randomly on November 14, 2025, at 12:00 PM EST. The winner will be notified via email within three (3) business days and announced on VeeroTech’s website and social media on November 15, 2025, at 12:00 PM EST. The winner’s Star Citizen® account handle and email will be shared with TheSpaceCoder to facilitate prize delivery. If the winner does not respond within five (5) business days or is found ineligible, a new winner may be drawn.
• Disqualification: Entries with invalid, incomplete, or fraudulent information, including inactive or invalid Star Citizen® accounts, will be disqualified. VeeroTech reserves the right to disqualify participants violating these terms.
• Data Usage: By entering, participants consent to VeeroTech collecting and storing their submitted information (e.g., name, email, Star Citizen® account details) for draw administration and future marketing purposes. VeeroTech will not sell participant data to third parties. To opt out of marketing communications, contact info@veerotech.net or unsubscribe from the marketing email you receive.
• Liability: VeeroTech and TheSpaceCoder are not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, technical failures, or issues with prize delivery or use. VeeroTech does not guarantee or warrant any aspect of the prize or Star Citizen® game.
• Disclosure: This draw is hosted by VeeroTech in collaboration with TheSpaceCoder, a VeeroTech customer. The prize is provided by TheSpaceCoder, who received it as a reward from Star Citizen®. There is no affiliation between VeeroTech, TheSpaceCoder, and Cloud Imperium Rights LLC, the developers of Star Citizen®. Star Citizen® and Roberts Space Industries® are registered trademarks of Cloud Imperium Rights LLC.
• General: By entering, participants agree to these terms and VeeroTech’s decisions, which are final. VeeroTech is not liable for any losses or damages related to the draw. For questions, contact info@veerotech.net.
