PRIVACY STATEMENT INTRODUCTION

VeeroTech Systems, LLC (“VeeroTech”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our” as applicable) respects your privacy. This Privacy Statement describes how we collect and use the information you provide on our websites (including veerotech.net), and all online services we make available through our websites, that link to this Privacy Statement (individually and collectively, the “Service” or “Services”).  This Privacy Statement applies to both visitors to our websites and customers who have purchased our web hosting or other services (also referred to as “Customers”). It does not apply to information collected by:

  • A Customer for whom we are providing hosting or domain registration services for their websites —you should review that person or entity’s privacy policy. We may, however, because of the way hosting services operate, automatically log information about the use of that Customer’s website by its end users (“Customer Data”) as described below. We do not determine what data our Customers process through our Service and we do not control how those Customers process that data.  If our Customers input or upload to the VeeroTech Services their Customer Data that includes personal information, we will act as a data processor and only process such information on our Customer’s behalf in order to provide the Services, in accordance with their instructions, or as otherwise permitted or required by law. We will use such Customer Data to: provide and deliver the Service to the Customer, prevent or address any service or technical issues, respond to a Customer’s instructions or support request, or for any other purpose provided for in our agreement with the Customer, or in accordance with or as may be required by applicable law. In such cases, it is the Customer (or, as the case may be, other third parties working with the Customer) who remains responsible for the handling of the personal information and with compliance with any applicable data privacy laws. If you have questions or concerns about how such personal information is handled, you should contact the relevant entity that is using the Service, and refer to their separate privacy policies.
  • Any third party, including through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from or on the Service.

Please read this Privacy Statement carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. By accessing or using the Service (whether as a visitor or customer), you acknowledge that this Privacy Statement applies to your use of the Service. This Privacy Statement may change from time to time (see CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY STATEMENT) and such changes will apply to your continued use of the Service after we make changes, so please check the Privacy Statement periodically for updates.
