A. We have a 99.9%+ uptime guarantee, or your money back. Our SLA for outages is 1 days worth of service credit per 60 minutes of downtime.

A. No, we own, build & maintain all servers in-house.
Q. Do you have 24×7 technical support?
A. Yes, our technical support staff are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Sales, billing & abuse are available M-F 9-5PM EST.
Q. What hardware do you use for hosting servers?
A. We currently use Dual E5-2620 v3 processors with DDR4 RAM & 16 Disk RAID10 storage arrays.
Q. Do you have daily backups?
A. Yes, we perform daily backups on all shared, reseller & managed VPS servers using R1soft.
Q. Do you offer discounts for annual or biennial hosting plans?
A. We do, you can view the pricing options on each hosting type page. We also have various coupons available through different avenues for advertisers & affiliates.
Q. Do you offer upgrade paths if I outgrow my hosting plan?
A. We do. We offer various upgrade paths for shared hosting plans, reseller hosting plans as well as VPS/server solutions.
Q. Will you migrate my website & hosting account from another provider?

Shared/Standard Web Hosting
Q. How many domains can I host on a shared hosting account?
A. This depends on the hosting plan you choose. We offer multiple hosting plans that can accommodate one or more domains/websites.
Q. Do you provide SSH access for my hosting plan?
A. Yes, this must be requested via support ticket. We do not enable SSH by default as a security precaution.
Reseller Web Hosting
Reseller hosting is a form of web hosting that provides an “admin” style dashboard referred to as WHM (web host manager) that allows you to provision multiple cPanel accounts. This type of hosting is great for those looking to get into the hosting industry, web developers/designers or anyone who wants to separate their hosting account into multiple hosting accounts for performance/security.
Fully Managed VPS Web Hosting
A fully managed VPS functions similar to a reseller type hosting account & includes cPanel/WHM as well as a configuration & setup package as well as daily backups. We typically retain root access to the VPS for security, maintenance and technical support. We handle technical support on managed VPS hosting accounts just like if you had a shared or reseller hosting account.
Upgrading from shared or reseller hosting to a managed VPS is easy as well; we handle the migration process, server build and ensure your server is ready to use!
The setup time frame for a fully managed VPS can range from 4-24 hours depending on the configurations needed. During this time, we build, configure & test your managed VPS to be sure it’s ready for use.

If you require a migration from another web host, we can help! Our staff will coordinate a migration to your new VeeroTech hosting plan from your previous hosting provider. We assist every step of the way to ensure there’s a seamless transition.
