Domain was not retagged or was not retagged in time by losing registrar


This error code is typically received when transferring .UK domain names. The IPS Tag on the domain would need to be updated to ENOM. In order to change the IPS Tag, you may need to contact your current registrar to have them update this setting on their end.

Once the IPS Tag has been updated, you can request that we re-initiate the transfer of the domain.
